These. Two. First of all, the bride and groom are both kick-ass doctors (talk about power couple!). Second of all, as if being a doctor and saving humanity wasn't enough to keep one busy, the bride made all the signs for their wedding herself! Is she just a #goals human?! Yes. 100%. These two couldn't stop smiling all day, and when you see these photos your heart is going to grow at least 10x bigger and make you believe in love like never before. This simple, intentional, and beautiful Southern California wedding was one for the books, and we lived for every second of it. Take a look for yourself and hear from the Bride + Groom's own thoughts and advice when it came to their wedding...
Janice's florals were inspired by California cool... neutrals + crisp, timeless beauty. With her outdoor wedding, the flowers didn't need to compete with all the greenery and beauty. It just needed a touch of elegance to add to the natural vibes.
When envisioning your wedding what was the one most important thing to you?
"There were probably two things. One, I wanted to make sure that I had an amazing photographer to capture all the beautiful details and moments of the day because I wasn't sure if I would get to take it all in completely on the day of. It was super important that Dee and I would get to go back and enjoy the memories of our day. Second, I really just wanted everyone to have a good time! All wedding nightmares were rooted in my guests somehow not having fun haha, but fortunately everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined (thank you, W&W for that!)!!"
What was the most stressful part of the planning process?
"I think the most stressful thing is trying to plan something that was affordable and simultaneously fit the vision we had in our mind of what we wanted everything to look like."
These two just oozed happiness and love the entire day! Just look at the bride's smile! Her utter joy was 1,000% contagious and it may just have been the sweetest thing about this entire wedding. You literally couldn't be unhappy around these two.
What was your favorite part of the wedding day?
"Our favorite part of the day was seeing so many of the people we love come together all in one place. Most of our family and friends live out of state or out of the country and we don't get to see them often. It was so special to see everyone all at the same time and to finally introduce my side of the family to Dee's side!"
Don't you just want to get to know these two?! Their positivity and happy smiles radiate through these pics so clearly! It was such an honor to be a part of their big day, to be a small piece of making those smiles as wide as possible and to let their spirits be as care-free as we possibly could!
